Give me a challenge and I'm all in. Perhaps that's because I'm a doer, just like my father.
Whenever I start something, I want to understand how all the pieces fit together. Not because I'm interested in collecting knowledge for the sake of it, but because the most valuable insights often come from seeing the connections others might miss.
That's why I often spot opportunities while others are still putting the puzzle together. Fortunately, that's exactly what many clients 'fly' me in for.
Another thing that has always felt natural to me is that I've never had the urge to shout louder than everyone else. I believe far more in clarity than in volume.
I enjoy looking beyond what's immediately visible. Sometimes the answer is already there, hidden in a conversation, a passing remark or an idea that has quietly been sitting in the background for years.
Those are the moments I enjoy most.

Perseverance, optimism and a hands-on mentality have shaped both my work and the way I approach life.
I've always believed that the best ideas are the ones that bring people together.
That's one of the reasons I also enjoy being involved in volunteer work, community initiatives and projects that create opportunities for others. Not because I have spare time lying around, quite the opposite actually, but because I genuinely enjoy helping people, sharing knowledge and building something meaningful together.
Outside of work you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying good food, travelling, exploring new places or convincing myself that one more coffee is always a good idea.
