Description
The AI Summit Brainport is an annual flagship event in artificial intelligence, organized by EAISI, Brainport Development, and the Province of North Brabant. Since 2020, it has evolved from online editions into a premier in-person event at the Evoluon, now hosting 800+ participants.
The summit brings together researchers, industry professionals, and AI enthusiasts to explore human-centered AI through keynotes, panels, and specialized tracks—research, expert, adoption, and start-ups. Regional collaboration and co-creation are central, strengthening Brainport as an international hub for responsible and sustainable AI innovation.
I thoroughly enjoyed contributing to this project, helping design and implement the registration system, and bringing the user experience to life. It was inspiring to see how technology, design, and organization came together to create a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

Through a unique personal access link, attendees can securely update their details or change their selections whenever needed, without having to contact the organisation directly.
Organisers maintain a clear overview of registrations, capacity, preferences and attendee data throughout the entire process. Personalised badges with unique QR codes can also be generated and printed for fast and efficient access control and on-site check-in.
