Description
We face future challenges in the area of healthcare, data, food and energy. How can vocational level education better connect to these?
Kennispact MBO Brabant pools knowledge from the labor market, government and education and develops effective solutions for education in Brabant.
For ‘Daar brandt nog licht’, I developed a visual roadmap in which five tracks converge within one shared ambition: training sufficient skilled professionals for the energy transition in Brabant.
The infographics bring structure to policy, collaboration, and implementation and make visible at a glance how education, business, and government reinforce each other.
Personas
The personas form the link between policy and practice.
They translate abstract objectives into the concrete lived realities of students:
what motivates them, what challenges do they face, and what support is needed?
In this way, choices are substantiated from a perspective, not just from a systemic one.
